Please wear underwear! This is a must!

I use cold pressed oilve oil, please advise if you have any allergies to this.

I find open communication so important, please let me know if you are uncomfortable or how you find the pressure.

Then it's your job to focus on relaxing, focusing on your breath as it slows & letting go of stress & tension.

I want to ensure you get the most out of your treatment,Please let me know of anything I need to be mindful of. Eg. Areas of concern/to avoid/focus to.

If you have health conditions or recent injuries doctors clearance is essential to support & heal not hinder.
